New from ‘ramen god’ shigetoshi nakamura

After three years serving New York City’s Lower East Side genuine shoyu ramen, Chef Nakamura has opened Niche to introduce New York to his mazemen. A close cousin of ramen, mazemen lacks the broth but piles on toppings like ribeye steak, Maine uni, house-smoked salmon, and house-double-smoked bacon.
